Material  introduction

Polyurethane plastic track material that is the double builder synthesismaterial and pouring elastomer is the recognitinon in the world, because it takes on the property of long range elasticity and high wearing feathure. Our material is superiorer than traditional material of TDI. They are Notoxic and tastless. They are alternative product of TDI type.

Material  properties

1. The injured opportunity is reduced to athlete because of estic meduium and absorbing shock.

2. Anti-friction and anti-skidding, long natural life and easy cleanness.

3. Joint is not discovered and the surface is colourful.

4. Uvioresistant and weatherability.

5. Convenient construction. The capability is stabe in high temperature.

Construction  points

1. Treating surface: The smoothy surface and uncrack surface are required, and the song cakes are prohibited. For the construction of cement and the PU prime must be rolled for 1-2 times.

2. Polyurethane plastic layer construction: Thematieral must be mixed according to the provided proportion, In the way of scratch, the thickness must be controlled.

3. Surface lacquer contruction: After drying of polyurethane plastic layer, surface lacquer must be rolled for 1-2 times according required colour.

4. Lineationg: According to standard size, the lineation is used.

5. Evironment requirement: The high and low temperature and raiy weather should be avoided.
